SkyComm provides aviation English training, assessment, and certification services designed to support ICAO language proficiency requirements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and assessments.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

• Not share, distribute, or replicate course materials without written permission.

• Not impersonate another individual or engage in unauthorized account use.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and assessments, is the property of SkyComm or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Use of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All payments for services are due as specified at the time of booking. Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. SkyComm reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of non-payment or misuse.

Certification is based on individual performance during ICAO-aligned assessments. SkyComm and its assessors maintain the right to determine final ratings based on established evaluation criteria. Assessment results are final and cannot be altered after issuance unless a formal review is requested and granted.

SkyComm is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to access them. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific certification results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or unethical behavior during assessments.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish Courts. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

SkyComm may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the services after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
